Raising a village
At Springbank Secondary students don’t just think outside the box, they think of what they can do with the box. An exhibition of year 8 creativity was on show during the end of term assembly demonstrating what can be achieved with such a common material as cardboard. You will agree that the landscape created here with its houses, bridges and consideration for sustainable energy resources is simply terrific.
We might be reminded that while it may take a village to raise a child (African Proverb), it took some wonderfully creative children to raise this village.
