Year 8 and 9 Term 2/3 Zone Basketball Champions

The Springbank Secondary College year 8 & 9 basketball team won the grand final in this season’s competition. Congratulations team!

The inclusion of several SSC Basketball Academy students meant they were able to put the skills and strategies from their academy training into practice. Despite the lockdown-interrupted season Springbank Secondary College team finished 2^nd on the zone ladder. They played Blackwood in the grand final and won.  

The College is proud of this team and their achievements. When they were challenged in the game, they responded by utilising their skills acquired in the Basketball Academy. Well done to everyone
